Sydney born, London based Jacque Malouf is a freelance food stylist, chef and food/recipe writer. After attending catering college in Sydney, she gained first place in a menu and recipe writing competition which won her a trip to Europe. Following a stint of catering in New York, she moved to London, where she has been based for 10 years. Before embarking on her freelance food styling and writing career, Jacque worked as a chef and recipe tester.

A member of the Guild of Food Writers, Jacque is the author of 2 books published by Conran Octopus. She has styled several cookbooks and her food and recipe writing has appeared in Waitrose Food Illustrated and Elle magazine. Her many food styling credits include Sunday Times Style and Time Out London.
